These terms govern your use of heydonto.com and its content. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "HeyDonto," "we," and "us" mean VMC MAR COM Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as HeyDonto AI Technology.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation, a binding commitment, a warranty, or a professional opinion. HeyDonto is a holding company. Commercial relationships are entered into with the relevant portfolio company and are governed exclusively by a signed written agreement. Where anything on this site conflicts with such an agreement, the agreement controls.

Pages on this site describe the company and its portfolio for general and investor audiences. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, in any jurisdiction, and nothing here is investment advice or a recommendation. Our Research and News & Press sections describe scientific work by our team and collaborators, and announcements made at a point in time. Please read them accordingly:
- Review status is stated where it applies. Work described as under peer review has not completed independent peer review, and its findings are preliminary.
- Research results are not product performance claims. A finding that holds in a study may not generalize to your data, your population, or your operating conditions.
- Preclinical, benchmark, and mechanistic findings do not establish clinical safety or efficacy.
- Press releases and news items speak as of their publication date. We do not undertake to update them, and a past announcement should not be read as a current statement of fact.
- Some work was authored under an affiliation other than HeyDonto and is cited here by result and title. Rights in each paper remain with its authors and publisher. Please cite the original.
5. Third-party names and marks
Third-party names mentioned on this site, including cloud platforms, standards bodies, journals, associations, and other organizations, belong to their respective owners. Mention does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or a customer relationship unless we say so explicitly in the text. Where we describe a market or a category, the companies named are reference points, not implied customers.

The site, its design, text, graphics, code, and the arrangement of its content are owned by HeyDonto or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. The HeyDonto name and logo, and the names and logos of our portfolio companies, are our marks.
You may read the site, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, use our marks without written permission, or scrape it to train a model without our written consent. Automated collection that degrades the service is covered by section 7.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorized access, to probe or test the vulnerability of any system without written authorization, to interfere with its operation or place unreasonable load on it, or to transmit malicious code. Do not send us protected health information, patient records, or other sensitive personal data through this site or by email. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyDonto and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers where those rights cannot be waived.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HeyDonto harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or this site, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, that right is unaffected.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
